  • ½ lemon, juiced

  1. Cook pasta to al dente according to package directions. Reserve about ¼ cup of pasta water then strain.
  2. Pour the strained pasta into a bowl and add the butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and about 1 tbsp of the pasta water. Sprinkle with a small pinch of salt, then toss.
  3. Add the feta and toss again, until the feta forms a sauce with the other ingredients. Add another tbsp of pasta water if needed. Garnish with freshly cracked black pepper.
