Ingredients
- 3 cups finely shredded purple cabbage
- 3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 Persian cucumber, sliced
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 tsp chili crisp
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- Sesame seeds, for garnish – optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, green onion, bell pepper, avocado, cucumber, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl whisk together the coconut aminos, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, chili crisp, and sesame oil until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until combined.
