The perfect balance of savory miso and crisp green beans to create a side dish that will elevate any menu.

Ingredients
  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 tbsp white miso paste
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • Water, to thin
  • ½ tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chili crisp
Instructions
  1. Place the green beans in a steamer on the stove top. Steam for about 10 minutes or until tender but still crisp. Remove from the pot.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk together the miso paste, honey, and a splash of water until you have a smooth pourable consistency.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil. Once hot, add the green beans, miso mixture, and chili crisp.
  4. Toss to coat the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
