Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
- 1 tbsp white miso paste
- ½ tbsp honey
- Water, to thin
- ½ tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tsp chili crisp
Instructions
- Place the green beans in a steamer on the stove top. Steam for about 10 minutes or until tender but still crisp. Remove from the pot.
- Meanwhile, whisk together the miso paste, honey, and a splash of water until you have a smooth pourable consistency.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil. Once hot, add the green beans, miso mixture, and chili crisp.
- Toss to coat the green beans and cook for about 5 minutes.
