Ingredients
  • 12 oz bow tie noodles
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 ½ cups frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp freshly minced dill
  • 1 tbsp freshly mined mint
  • 1 tbsp freshly minced basil
  • ½ cup crumbled feta
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Strain and rinse with cold water until the noodles are cold. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, Dijon, honey, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. In a large mixing bowl add the cooked and cooled noodles, peas, green onion, dill, mint, basil, and feta.
  4. Pour the dressing over the top and toss until combined.
