Crispy, golden, and packed with savory flavor, these Pan-Fried Garlic Parmesan Brussels Sprouts are the perfect quick and easy side dish to elevate any meal!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb brussels sprouts, halved
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Parmesan, to grate
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss the brussels sprouts with 1 tbsp of the olive oil and the garlic powder, oregano, onion powder, and fresh garlic until everything is coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot add the remaining oil.
  3. Add the brussels to the pan and cook for about 10-15 minutes, with a lid on the pan, stirring every 2-3 minutes to prevent burning or until the brussels are fork tender.
  4. Add a generous pinch of salt and stir.
  5. Pour into your serving dish and top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
