Ingredients
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups chicken bone broth
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions
  1. Place the rinsed rice, bone broth, and salt into a medium sized pot over medium heat. Stir and bring to a gentle boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and let cook over the heat for 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to sit for another 15-20 minutes.
  3. Fluff with a fork then fold in the chopped chives.
