- Breaded Calamari Rings
- 4 oz Spaghetti cooked al dente
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. fresh chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon herb seasoning
- 1 tbsp julienned lemon zest
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- Salt & Pepper to taste
A lighter seafood based version of Chicken Parmesan using our Fresh Milled Breadcrumb Calamari and a light lemony pasta.

Instructions
- Cook Breaded Calamari Rings to instructions and set aside.
- In a skillet, sautee garlic in olive oil unitl lighly browned. Remove garlic from the pan so it does not burn. Add butter and lemon juice and whisk until incorporated. Add in spaghetti, herb seasoning and parsley. Toss until evenly coated and season to taste.
- Top with fried calamari and garnish with julienned lemon.
